Red Swan offers customized catering services, on premise at the Clearwater Event Center on Lake Superior or off premise at the location of your choosing. Use the menus listed as a starting point in your planning. Choose a menu as listed or mix and match to achieve a menu that meets your needs. If you are interested in an item and you don't see it listed, please suggest it. We are usually more than willing to accommodate you when possible. We cater to groups from 2 to 2,000. A mileage and set up / delivery charge will apply for off premise services. We can also meet with you to discuss the details and help in the planning of your event. With over 30 years in the food service business, we can offer you a great deal of insight in your event planning. We specialize in providing the "little extras" that make your event memorable. Presentation is something we pride ourselves on. We will coordinate with you to meet your color and theme specifications.
