Wedding Cakes are a very individual item. They will vary in shape, design, style, and flavor to fit your special event. The following are a list of cake flavors, fillings, and frosting choices that Red Swan Catering offers. Seven different shapes are also available. Due to the many options available to you regarding shape, style and design, it is essential to set up an appointment to discuss the details. When planning your budget, an average cake is $2.25 to $2.75 per serving. Specialty frostings and the detail of the design work, such as White Chocolate and Fondant will increase the average price. Prices will vary depending on all of the above-mentioned elements. A set up and delivery charge of $50 will apply in most cases. Mileage charges may apply if your reception is outside of the Duluth area. An equipment rental charge is collected for the use of the cake boards and supports with in each cake.
